Visit Karen Tanner, one of our Members on our Open Weekend Art Trail 24th & 25th Aug. She has a studio in North Richmond and works as a designer, sculptor and painter.
Karen leverages a wide range of materials and techniques to express her creative ideas, including; mixed media, paper, welding, burnt wood, soldered wire, silk and watercolour. More recently, Karen’s works have included sculptural forms using wire and natural light, or feature lighting, and shadows to create a cascade of images.
This year, Karen is also hosting Guest Artist Trish Fraunfelter of Eastbourne Art on the Trail!
