Many of the artisans offer classes ranging from drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, wood engraving, papercraft, pastels, ceramics, water colour, oil, acrylic, photography, porcelain doll making, rocking horse making, textile design and silk painting – to name just a few. Visual art and craft workshops and exhibitions are held regularly by the Macquarie Towns Art Society, Friends of the Hawkesbury Art Collection and The Community Arts Workshop. You can free that long buried dream of painting “en plein air” with fellow artists or refining a flair that you’ve always had.
