Australiana Pioneer Village - Sponsor |
The Australiana Pioneer Village was created in the 1960's. It was established for the purpose of rescuing old buildings from the Hawkesbury area in order that they would be preserved. The Village is a recreational park on the bank of the Hawkesbury River and has historical and educational purposes. The most significant building amongst the 18 buildings resited is "Rose Cottage". The Village offers you a truly unique venue on 27acres of Picnic Grounds.
It will be reopening in 2011 for the Community - Club Presentations and Displays, Artists, Photographers, School Excursions, Corporate Functions, Filming, Weddings, Reunions, Parties,Markets and more.
